Departure to Arenal, home of the impressive Arenal Volcano.  On the way, visit Doka Coffee Estate. Discover the step-by-step process of seed germination to the first crop. There you will observe and be explained the development process of the plant up to the point of recollection of the ripe grain. You will also learn about the history of the estate, its owners, the production and varieties of plants, the geography of the area and the traditional ways of cultivating the grain.

Sky Walk uses trails and a series of suspension bridges for a more relaxing introduction of the flora and fauna of the forest canopy. It allows a vision of the forest from a different perspective which starts with a hike on the ground and then taking you to explore the treetops.

Sky Trek is a thrilling zip line circuit. Your tour will start riding an open-air gondola from the ground to the heights where you’ll be dropped off at an observation area for fantastic views. Welcome to Panama! Upon arrival at Tocumen International Airport our English speaking guide will be there to meet you and transfer you to your hotel in the city.

In time for dinner your guide will pick you up for a short 5min stroll in the colonial quarter to your restaurant. Lazotea is one of the top locations in Panama City for fine dining and a great time. This rooftop restaurant offers a great view of Panama City's skyline.

Gamboa Rainforest Resort is ideally located in the heart of Soberania National Park's rainforest, only 40 minutes from the center of Panama City.

This tour includes several activities: The aerial tram goes through a mile long of the rainforest that lies within the resort boundaries. The following activity is a stop at the Exhibits. There is an orchid nursery where you will admire local species and some introduced ones. Then you will take an exciting boat tour on Gatun Lake and see the ships transiting in the Panama Canal and the dredges at work.

In the afternoon we continue with a visit to Miraflores locks. You will enjoy the fascinating show of the big ships inside the narrow chambers! You will also visit the colonial quarter.

Heading north from Panama City you will reach the shores of Lake Alajuela. The rest of the trip to the Embera village will be done in local dugout canoes on the lake then on the Chagres or Pequeñi River.

The Emberas, proudly adorned with their best body paintings will show us some of the elements of their graceful culture. They will also invite you to share their traditional dish of fish with plantain in a banana leaf.

In the afternoon return by boat and road to Panama City, where a great adventure awaits: see the wonders of the city from a catamaran!
